"Such a lovely unboxing experience"
My order from billieeilish.com arrived packaged so nicely, and it made me really happy. The box was in perfect shape, and everything inside was wrapped neatly and cleanly. It felt like someone actually cared about how it would look when I opened it, without it being too much. Even the little details were so nice and made the whole thing feel extra exciting. Definitely 5 stars from me

"Pretty good place to grab merch"
I felt good ordering from here because the packaging was eco-friendly and didn’t feel like a bunch of unnecessary waste. it just gives the whole purchase a better vibe.

"Cool site, but a little clunky to use"
I checked out the site after a friend mentioned it to me, the look of it is cool. That said, actually using it felt a bit clunky at times. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and it took me more clicks than it should have to find certain merch sizes. It works fine overall, but I do think the browsing experience could be smoother

I wasn’t expecting much, but the refund came through really fast. Super easy process, which was great, though I was kind of annoyed I had to deal with it in the first place. Still, can’t complain too much, it was handled quickly.

"Preorder details could be clearer"
I preordered from Billie Eilish and overall it was fine, fine. The only thing is the shipping and release date info wasn’t super clear to me, so I had to click around a bit to figure out when it might actually show up. Not a bad experience at all, I just wish the preorder details were easier to see before checking out.

"On brand, but weirdly more stressful than expected"
The site definitely feels like Billie’s style, dark, simple, and kind of moody, which I do like. But a few pages felt clunky to use and I didn’t expect browsing an official site to be that annoying or stressful. There also wasn’t much personality beyond the merch, so it felt a little plain. It’s fine overall, I just expected more of a vibe.

"Nice hoodie overall"
I’m happy with this hoodie. The print looks really nice in person. Wow. The fabric is soft, and it actually feels thicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Cozy. There was a tiny loose thread near the sleeve, but nothing major. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, so that was a little annoying. Still, the quality of the hoodie itself is solid, and I’d probably buy again if I saw another design I really liked.

I needed to change my email and double-check some order details on billieeilish.com, and it was easier than I expected. Logging in worked fine, the pages loaded without any real issues, and I found my account info quickly. Nothing super flashy or anything, but it did what it was supposed to do. I’d say 5 stars, seems about right.

"Super comfy hoodie, but the sleeves are SO long"
I ordered a hoodie from billieeilish.com i really do like it. The fit is good overall, and I went with my usual size knowing it might be a little oversized, which it definitely was. But omg, the sleeves were longer than I expected, like my hands basically disappeared in them. Still, it’s super comfy, looks really cute on, and gives that relaxed baggy vibe. If you don’t want to feel totally swallowed by it, I’d probably size down. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing or terrible. Giving it 4 stars because I just wish the sizing info was clearer before I ordered.

"Payment felt a little uncertain, right?"
I ordered from Billie Eilish and the payment did go through eventually, but it took longer to confirm than I expected. I was sitting there refreshing and checking my email a few times because I wasn’t sure if it actually worked, and I feel like most people would probably get a little nervous in that situation too. Thankfully there was no double charge or anything like that. It all worked out in the end, but the process could definitely be clearer and smoother

I ordered from billieeilish.com and it felt normal and secure. I didn’t get any weird payment problems or random email issues afterward, which was a relief. The privacy info was easy enough to find too. I’m giving it 4 stars because the tracking updates could’ve been a little clearer, but overall it seemed fine.

I ordered a hoodie from billieeilish.com and yeah, it’s definitely real merch. The tags, print, and packaging all looked official, so no complaints there. It did take a little longer to show up than I would’ve liked, and I’m not exactly patient when I’m waiting on an order, but it got here and I’m happy with it

They were helpful, helpful enough, and even though it took one more message to get everything fully sorted out, it was fine in the end. Not perfect, but good service overall.
